Up to $15,000 Retention Bonus is available for this role.
This is an inpatient nursing role requiring onsite work on adult or child/adolescent units, with part-time and full-time opportunities (20-40 hours/week) across day (7:00am-3:30pm), PM (3:00pm-11:30pm), NOC (11:00pm-7:30am) shifts, and 12-hour shifts available.
A Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with a current registered nurse license in good standing from the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment. Additional requirements include American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification within 30 days of hire (with bi-annual re-certification), formal training in management of the aggressive patient within 60 days (with annual re-certification), and previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
