Registered Nurse licensure
Passion, dedication, knowledge, motivation, and experience
Ability to direct Patient Care Technicians, delegate tasks, train, and monitor direct-patient staff including LVNs/LPNs and Dialysis Assistants
Skills in assessing care needs and developing assignments
Adherence to FMS policies, procedures, training, Compliance Program, and patient care/administrative policies
Commitment to FMCNA's mission, vision, values, customer service philosophy, Quality Enhancement Program (QEP), CQI activities, and process improvement

Responsibilities

Function as part of the hemodialysis health care team to ensure provision of quality patient care daily
Manage Patient Care Technicians in providing safe, effective delivery of chronic hemodialysis therapy
Direct, delegate tasks to, train, and monitor all direct-patient staff (e.g., LVNs/LPNs, Dialysis Assistants)
Assess care needs and develop assignments
Drive FMS culture through values and customer service standards
Provide outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develop and maintain effective relationships through timely communication
Take initiative to respond, resolve, and follow up on customer service issues
Actively participate in process improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and achievement of QEP goals
Support patient satisfaction initiatives
