The role functions as a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, collaborating on patient care plans, Urea Kinetic Modeling, mineral metabolism, renal bone disease, anemia, nutritional status, psychosocial status, and vascular access.
Strong candidates should have expertise in nutritional assessments for dialysis patients, experience providing patient education on diet and kidney disease, skills in interdisciplinary collaboration, and knowledge of FMCNA documentation guidelines and federal regulations.
