Requirements

Candidates must have one to two years of experience in the securities industry and possess a FINRA Series 7 license. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability are essential, along with excellent written and communication skills. Experience with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations is required, as is the ability to adapt to a changing business and regulatory environment and collaborate effectively in a remote team setting. A basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Registered Brokerage Client Service Associate will serve as the first point of contact for client service needs and issues, assisting clients and broker partners. Responsibilities include submitting and processing operational requests such as funds distributions, cash and stock journals, account updates, and ACATs initiation. The role involves researching and responding to client issues related to form submissions and transfers, and interacting with internal teams like trading, operations, sales, solutions, customer success, engineering, and product to resolve client issues. Additionally, the associate will ensure new business paperwork is accurately submitted and maintain a positive and resilient demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
