Requirements

The candidate must have over 5 years of enterprise-level field sales experience in SaaS, Technology, or Security. Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques is required. The ability to close solutions and services opportunities ranging from $250k to $1m and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and/or SaaS technologies, and significant experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners are necessary. The candidate should possess excellent presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills, along with strong time management, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team are also crucial.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within the assigned region. This includes scoping, negotiating, and closing agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets. The role involves targeting and gaining access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts, establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at the CIO and CSO level, and collaborating with internal teams such as Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development to drive engagement. The manager will also work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships, and capture, maintain, and disseminate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
