Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of sales experience in capital goods and consumables, efficient project management, and use of financing solutions (e.g., FlexFinance)
  • Initial leadership experience and comprehensive expertise in talent-oriented employee development
  • Several years of experience in strategically expanding a sales region and solid knowledge of the clinic and hospital market
  • High degree of communication skills, enthusiasm, motivation, and solution orientation
  • Pronounced reliability and commitment in building long-term partnerships
  • Negotiation-level German and good English skills
  • Possession of a valid class B car driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Lead your sales team for Orthopaedic Instruments in Northern Germany with all responsibilities in coaching through co-travel, talent identification, development, and promotion
  • Regular analysis of regional potential for balanced budget distribution within your team
  • Development of targeted sales strategies and optimization of collaboration with GPOs
  • Management of key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Targeted care of users (leading doctors, OR staff, hospital administration, management, purchasing, medical technology, etc.) for profitable revenue growth
  • Actively advancing product development based on identified customer needs and wishes
  • Accompanying employees to customer meetings, product workshops, price negotiations, and operations room deployments
  • Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and workshops
  • Continuous further education and permanent learning through regular participation in internal and external training
