Responsibilities

  • Lead, energize, motivate, and coach a team of around 10 sales representatives across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Develop and execute a commercial plan integrating marketing, key accounts, finance, and cross-divisional collaboration for a ~$12M business in Sports Medicine, Visualization, Communications, and ProCare
  • Spend significant time in the field with the team and customers, supporting sales activities and strengthening relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue and operating income targets through strong execution, market insight, and effective pricing strategies
  • Drive successful product launches, monitor competitive activity, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth (double-digit growth)
  • Build a high-performance culture, mentor team members, ensure succession planning, and drive team engagement
  • Report to the Northern Region Business Unit Manager and take full responsibility for shaping and executing the commercial strategy across the Nordics
