Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and a sales engineering background or at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong experience in the endpoint or network security space, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, and HIPS/IDS, is required. A strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, the ability to articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory. Experience with the MEDDIC sales process and strong references in the information security field are also required. Bonus points for experience with malware, threat intelligence, sandbox analysis, programming/scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash), virtualization/VDI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), understanding the OSI model, and relevant certifications (CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS).
The Regional Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. This includes conducting product demonstrations and presentations, preparing technical proposals, and responding to RFPs.
