Requirements

  • Strong territory management skills, including creating, implementing, and improving concrete Account Plans for major hospitals/universities
  • Ability to manage appointments, coverage, and call rates for different Healthcare Professional (HCP) tierings
  • Mastery of Value Based Selling (VBS) techniques, including integration with strategic marketing messages and challenging existing treatment habits to improve patient outcomes
  • Strong drive for execution in a multichannel environment, including live/virtual representation at F2F contacts, meetings, congresses, in-hospital events, and optimizing channel mix with digital activities
  • Ability to work with high autonomy while fostering great team collaboration and a cross-functional mindset
  • "Looking for solution" mindset and experience building on current commercial teams
  • Deep knowledge of products, key customers, accounts, conventions, and hospital structures in the region

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and promotion of the diabetes/metabolic health portfolio towards Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Obesity specialists, Cardiologists, and others
  • Manage key products in current indications, new product launches, and NILEX launches
  • Serve as the product/Lilly ambassador in the region (Antwerp, Limbourg, Flemish Brabant)
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through customer-facing activities
  • Independently implement plans, challenge execution, evaluate results, and adapt to accomplish business objectives
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with TEAM Lilly
