Lead/assist plants in conducting studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow considering the maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, while ensuring workplace safety
Analyze current footprint utilization & determine where the greatest opportunities for improvement for decreasing TDC through implementation of output standards
Develop, implement & maintain plans to drive improvements in plant performance
Support, sustain and improve manufacturing methods in plants by benchmarking and sharing best practices from other plants
Develop studies and prepare documents for growth and capabilities increase projects
