Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (or advanced students)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in finance, accounting, or data analysis roles. Experience in agencies is a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of Accounting and/or Business Administration
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with AX ERP, Dynamics 365, SAP, Power BI, and/or Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and curious mindset
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Annual rebates reconciliation (calculation) following Trade Agreements clauses
  • Follow up on the education program; assist in new account setup and monitor training performance
  • Control invoice reception for annual rebate payments
  • Create POs in the ERP system or provide instructions to the Sales Administration team to create SOs, post INV or CM (rebate payments), after negotiation with each agency
  • Provide instructions to the AP or AR teams to record or issue documents in the ERP (INV or CM)
  • Plan payments according to invoices/credit memos received and provide instructions to the AP/Treasury team. Prepare monthly payment proposals and three-month forecast projections
  • Maintain internal treasury files
  • Monitor deal consumptions on a weekly basis. Approve or reject new Insertion Orders for each deal in Salesforce CRM, providing feedback to the Sales Administration or Sales teams as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all communications to and from the sales force, liaising with multiple departments, particularly Sales
  • Work closely with the Regional Trade Supervisor, maintaining up-to-date communication with clients, and conducting the annual reconciliation of customer investments to process yearly agreements with key agencies
  • Manage daily business data queries and supply forecasts, while collaborating with other teams such as Legal, Sales Administration, Billing, and Collections
