Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence
  • Install Critical Care Solutions equipment (anesthesia, patient monitoring, cardiology systems, central stations, incubators, ultrasound) in hospitals, clinics, and private practices in a high-quality, professional manner per company standards, compliance, and customer requirements
  • Perform preventative maintenance per company standards, compliance, and customer requirements
  • Make corrective repair calls in a timely manner aligned with customer contracts, repairing equipment per company standards, directives, and customer requirements
  • Ensure timely completion of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs)
  • Advise management when response time objectives cannot be met (e.g., inform Senior Field Engineer for repeat site visits)
  • Retain ownership of problems until resolved
  • Keep customers, Senior Field Engineer (SFE), and Service Delivery Manager (SDM) informed on progress
  • Keep management and commercial account managers aware of developments in the installed base
  • Manage time appropriately based on job urgency, part availability, and customer expectations
  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset for proficiency in multiple modalities
