Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute the strategy and implementation plan for educational programs for new and tenured sales representatives and clinical specialists to drive EP product procedures across the CAS portfolio
  • Serve as the lead for regional customer and employee education and training activities in support of CAS procedure and product launches
  • Partner with key leadership, sales field, and cross-functional personnel to identify opportunities and barriers to improving regional performance
  • Serve as the customer and field technical resource in CAS, providing expertise and leadership in education areas
  • Provide feedback to product development, internal training and education, and the marketing team to improve future offerings
  • Drive regional education and training activities
  • Train and educate internal teams and external customers on CAS procedures, therapies/products, processes, and solutions
  • Provide continued education and assessment of tenured field team
  • Lead coordination of new-hire training with accountability to hiring manager (CSM or RM) and responsible for new hire sign-off
  • Deliver new product and procedural field training, ensuring technical and clinical evidence is delivered effectively
  • Execute engaging field sales and clinical specialist field education programs targeted to US Sales organization objectives
  • Disseminate competitive information to regional teams and deliver competitive technical and clinical training in collaboration with sales leaders/marketing
  • Enhance relationships with stakeholders by delivering strategic and innovative education promoting Medtronic products and therapies
  • Collaborate to roll out new product training initiatives, including indications, troubleshooting/tips and tricks, safety updates ("Train the Trainer")
  • Translate complex technical messaging, dispel competitive claims, resolve complex technical issues, and maintain customer relationships through technical expertise
  • Understand, interpret, and communicate product and procedure updates and field corrective actions
  • Collaborate with clinical research organization relative to clinical studies and physician research
  • Partner with sales leadership
