  • Reside within close proximity to major metropolitan cities within the Ohio Valley region (e.g., Washington DC, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati & Dayton OH, Louisville KY, Memphis & Nashville TN, Baltimore MD, Pittsburgh PA)
  • Highly collaborative with ability to prioritize opportunities, secure resources, and maximize results
  • Skilled in developing and executing aligned business plans customized to Janssen business, brand strategies, customer needs, and marketplace requirements
  • Ability to collaborate extensively at all organizational levels with internal partners (e.g., Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Field Sales Partners, Commercial Excellence, Analytics & Insights) and external stakeholders to develop access, relationships, and operating networks
  • Competent in leading, motivating, coaching, developing, and retaining a diverse team technically skilled in Janssen business, healthcare marketplace, and account management
  • Ability to coach District Managers and Sales Specialists on critical business competencies and leadership imperatives
  • Skilled in coaching others to convince internal/external stakeholders, build mutual alignment, adopt difficult positions, and achieve customer-centric outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and directly manage a team of District Managers (DMs) and Dermatology Sales Specialists with sales responsibilities across Janssen Biotech’s Dermatology accounts
  • Interface with a wide range of cross-disciplinary stakeholders
  • Lead team to maximize sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute an aligned business plan to deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives
  • Collaborate with key internal partners and external stakeholders to facilitate positive business interactions
  • Coach and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists on business competencies and leadership
  • Motivate, retain, and build a diverse, technically competent team
