  • Reside within close proximity to major metropolitan cities within the Northeast region (New York City metro, Philadelphia PA, Rochester & Buffalo NY, Newark NJ, Stamford CT, Boston MA)
  • Highly collaborative with ability to prioritize opportunities, secure and apply resources to maximize results
  • Skilled in developing and executing aligned business plans customized to Janssen business, brand strategies, customer needs, and marketplace requirements to deliver compliant sales growth and volume objectives
  • Ability to collaborate extensively at all organizational levels with key internal partners (Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Field Sales Partners, Commercial Excellence, Analytics & Insights) and external stakeholders to develop optimal access, establish relationships, and effective operating networks
  • Technically competent and skilled in the Janssen business, healthcare marketplace, and account management
  • Strong leadership skills to lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists
  • Ability to coach on critical business competencies, leadership imperatives, and convincing internal/external stakeholders to build mutual alignment, adopt difficult positions, and achieve customer-centric, company-responsible outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and directly manage a team of District Managers (DMs) and Dermatology Sales Specialists with sales responsibilities across Janssen Biotech’s Dermatology accounts
  • Interface with a wide range of cross-disciplinary stakeholders
  • Lead the team to maximize sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute an aligned business plan customized to meet Janssen business and brand strategies, delivering compliant product sales growth and volume objectives while addressing customer and marketplace needs
  • Collaborate extensively with key internal partners and external stakeholders to develop optimal access, establish relationships, and facilitate positive business interactions
  • Coach and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists on critical business competencies and leadership imperatives
  • Coach others to effectively convince internal and external stakeholders to build mutual alignment and achieve desired outcomes
