Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van collega’s in methodisch werken en stimuleren van hun vakmanschap
- Zorgen voor stevige kwaliteit van zorg
- Aansluiten op benodigde momenten in ochtend, avond en soms weekend voor ondersteuning bij zorginhoudelijke vragen, Odion-kompas en lastige situaties
- Stimuleren van leren en ontwikkelen, coachen on the job
- Bouwen aan een leerklimaat waarin collega’s kunnen afstuderen en doorstromen
- Signaleren van behoeften om de leerlocatie te versterken
- Constructief samenwerken, positiviteit en duidelijkheid brengen in pionierende omgeving
- Meedenken over kwaliteitsverbetering en borging van processen
- Eigen vakkennis up-to-date houden
