Candidates should be currently studying or recently graduated with an open major, possessing familiarity with their own or target university environment and experience in student organizations, student council, campus ambassador programs, or mentorship programs is a plus. Strong communication skills and an approachable personality, along with an interest in recruitment, human resources, or the education industry, are also advantageous.
As a Campus Recruitment Specialist, you will collaborate with business leaders to plan the number of interns and fresh graduates needed, identify and evaluate universities, build strong campus networks, establish and maintain long-term partnerships with universities, communicate regularly with students, build and maintain a candidate database, proactively source and screen high-potential graduates, manage social media and communication platforms, support the recruitment process, promote the company’s employer brand and culture, and stay up to date on campus recruitment trends while suggesting improvements and supporting internal optimization.
