Requirements

Availability for part-time schedule (Tuesday through Sunday between 4am and 12pm)
Ability to carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Commitment to acting with honesty, integrity, and leading with the member in mind
Ability to ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, and work collaboratively as a team
Maintenance of a friendly and positive attitude
Understanding of how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Regular, predictable attendance

Responsibilities

Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise; ensure proper signage
Keep sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized
Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise
Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise
Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenish box bins; use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard
Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
Deliver GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA); ensure fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; maintain grand opening look daily with all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, and clean/organized inside and out
