Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise
Ensure proper signage of merchandise
Keep sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized
Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise
Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise
Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenish box bins; use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard
Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
Deliver service excellence, resolve and de-escalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining visible accurate signage, and keeping clean and organized inside and out
Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
