Requirements

  • BCom, Chartered Accountant, or CA Inter qualification
  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Proficient in English (Domestic)
  • Good domain knowledge in Record to Report - Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards
  • Good exposure to Month end closing and reconciliations
  • Good to have: SAP, Blackline, and other relevant ERPs

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
  • Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
  • Review entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare cash forecasting statements
  • Support month end closing
  • Prepare reports
  • Support audits
  • Interact with peers within Accenture, clients, and/or Accenture management
  • Work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others
  • Act as an individual contributor, oversee small work efforts, and/or teams
  • Work in rotational shifts as required
