BCom or Chartered Accountant qualification
10 to 14 years of experience (or 15+ years or CA with 5 years’ experience)
Skill in Record To Report - Account Reconciliations
Knowledge of Order to Cash Processing
Knowledge of Finance Processes
Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex problems
Ability to create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Clear understanding of strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Ability to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members on performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career discussions
Ability to monitor and drive team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics
Primary upward interaction with direct supervisor or team leads
Interaction with peers and/or management levels with clients or internal stakeholders
Minimal guidance needed when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Reconciling transactions
Posting journal entries
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
Reviewing entries and reconciliations
Preparing cash forecasting statements
Supporting month end closing
Preparing reports
Supporting audits
Analyzing and solving moderately complex problems
Creating new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Understanding strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Holding monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career discussions
Monitoring and driving team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics
Managing medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
