Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Collections Processing
  • Expert proficiency in Customer Master Data Management
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills (e.g., OTC, Facturación, Cobranza, Disputas)
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform account reconciliations and manage intercompany transactions
  • Prepare data input records to reconcile financial information, including period close entries and profit and loss statements with commentary
  • Maintain master data and the chart of accounts while conducting quality and compliance reviews
  • Analyze and resolve low-complexity problems
  • Interact daily with peers within Accenture before escalating to supervisors
  • Have limited exposure to clients and Accenture executives
  • Follow detailed instructions on daily tasks and new assignments
  • Be well-versed in basic business statistics and terms when discussing with stakeholders
  • Work closely with project team members to meet requirements effectively
  • Assist in the team's overall workload by managing deliverables and helping as needed
  • Act as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work
