Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone enquiries and email correspondence in German and English
  • Management of conference-rooms and the organization of client meetings
  • Contact person for internal processes, the organisation of the information flow within the reception area
  • Handling of all standard mail and courier shipments (inbound and outbound)
  • Control of digital colour printing systems
  • Processing of all incoming print jobs
  • Quality monitoring and material disposition
  • Handling of ad-hoc inquiries by phone, email and in person
