Accurately receive product and support completion of receiving reports as required (e.g., direct-to-club reports, negative-on-hand reports)
Research and annotate receiving reports properly
Support processing and organization of files, receipts, and outbound shipment paperwork
Maintain dock security, including bag checks and monitoring flow of team members and visitors in/out of receiving and secure areas
Ensure compactors are locked, secured, used only by authorized personnel, and all product is properly accounted for
Safely operate a forklift to receive merchandise accurately according to company process and policy
Ensure received merchandise is properly stored
Carry out job functions as assigned, support flawless execution, and hold self accountable
Act with member in mind, address/escalate concerns, ensure safe/positive environment
Deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), resolve member concerns, maintain club standards (e.g., stocked items, promotions, signage, cleanliness)
