Responsibilities

  • Project manage Haleon’s commercial real estate portfolio adhering to Scope 1 & 2 GHG Reporting requirements by FY-2026 and beyond, including process ownership and best practice standardisation
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to establish reporting requirements
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers to collect sustainability data and evidence
  • Act as the central lead for data verification in internal reporting systems
  • Engage with data teams to verify accuracy and suitability of data and evidence
  • Lead communications and reporting for Workplace Solutions, ensuring governance adherence
  • Lead abatement strategy development and implementation from 2025 onwards
  • Put relevant policies and procedures in place and document them
  • Support Central Sustainability team with auditor queries
  • Lead sampling phase in audit and assurance processes, sharing evidence and resolving discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain a centralized data repository for landlord-sourced sustainability data
  • Provide guidance and training to stakeholders and landlords on data submission and reporting expectations
  • Manage global projects and service initiatives to enhance site utilisation, employee engagement, and satisfaction
  • Implement global food & waste policies
  • Act as liaison for Real Estate Operations team, sharing best practices and leading initiatives
  • Support Real Estate and Operations teams with sustainability expertise and global strategies
  • Assist with business continuity planning and supplier code validation requests
  • Oversee WPS services for benefits realisation, performance management, risk mitigation, and customer experience
