Understanding of global food & waste policies
Sustainability expertise aligned with company and industry standards
Experience in business continuity planning and supplier code validation
Oversight of services for performance management, risk mitigation, and customer experience

Responsibilities

Project manage Haleon’s commercial real estate portfolio adhering to Scope 1 & 2 GHG Reporting requirements by FY-2026 and beyond, including process ownership and best practice standardisation
Engage with internal stakeholders to establish reporting requirements
Engage with cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers to collect sustainability data and evidence
Act as the central lead for data verification in internal reporting systems
Engage with data teams to verify accuracy and suitability of data and evidence
Lead communications and reporting for Workplace Solutions, ensuring governance adherence
Lead abatement strategy development and implementation from 2025 onwards
Put relevant policies and procedures in place and document them
Support Central Sustainability team with auditor queries
Lead sampling phase in audit and assurance processes, sharing evidence and resolving discrepancies
Develop and maintain a centralized data repository for landlord-sourced sustainability data
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders and landlords on data submission and reporting expectations
Manage global projects and service initiatives to enhance site utilisation, employee engagement, and satisfaction
Implement global food & waste policies
Act as liaison for Real Estate Operations team, sharing best practices and leading initiatives
Support Real Estate and Operations teams with sustainability expertise and global strategies
Assist with business continuity planning and supplier code validation requests
Oversee WPS services for benefits realisation, performance management, risk mitigation, and customer experience
