Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid real estate license, either as a Broker or Agent, and have proven experience in real estate sales and transaction management. They should demonstrate experience in sale/transactions, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, contracts, and regulations, as well as excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Real Estate Broker/Agent will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, including lead generation, writing offers, working with the MLS, marketing properties, conducting property tours and client consultations, performing market analyses, assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, negotiating offers, drafting contracts, and overseeing the closing process. They will also ensure compliance with real estate laws, contracts, and transaction procedures, and utilize CRM software, transaction management platforms, and social media marketing effectively.
