Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Work with Redfin.com customers (100 new customers each year) and clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM
Utilize support from dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, team of showing agents, and inside sales team for qualifying opportunities, booking calendars, and handling event details
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process as a trusted advisor
Win web leads, close deals, and earn referral business
