Responsibilities

Join an agent team or work individually to serve Redfin.com customers
Maximize earnings using the Redfin platform by handling Redfin-generated and loyalty customers
Reach qualified buyers and win listings using provided customer opportunities, technology (CRM), and support (transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, inside sales team)
Manage deals, stay in touch with pipeline, and respond to alerts for client readiness
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process as a trusted advisor
Close deals, win web leads and clients, and earn referral business
