Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals, and earning referral business

Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Handle Redfin.com customers (100 new customers per year) and clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using the proprietary CRM
Leverage support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team for opportunities, showings, and events
Close deals to earn competitive commissions, with potential for in-year accelerators, top producer perks, and higher splits on repeat clients
