Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Handle Redfin.com customers (100 new customers per year), plus clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM technology
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process as a trusted advisor
Win web leads, close deals, and earn referral business
Collaborate with support teams including transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, showing agents, and inside sales for qualified opportunities, showings, and events
