Requirements

Ability to operate reach truck safely and efficiently
Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory rotation principles
Familiarity with SOPs, safety guidelines, and food safety requirements
Attention to detail for scanning, labeling, and completing license plates/load diagrams
Physical ability to handle pallets, load/unload trailers, and maintain organization
Availability for day shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday (with those as work days)

Responsibilities

Ensure inbound trailers are safely secured before unloading; unload and stage pallets for receiving and QA inspection
Palletize mixed products onto separate pallets; scan completed pallets with QA sticker and Receiving License Plate, then haul to correct storage location
Rotate older pallets down from elevated storage and place new pallets in elevated locations near selection bins
Keep dock clear of debris, clean while working, and organize pallets/receiving tools
Verify products issued to production against drop lists/production sheets; stock production drop zones per guidelines
Ensure returned production pallets are not mixed, boxes are taped/labeled; keep drop zones clean and organized
Ensure outbound trailers are safely secured and inspected for debris/holes/pests/temperature before loading
Identify and load pallets from staging areas; complete accurate load diagrams, seal trucks, and handle safety devices/paperwork
Keep shipping dock clear of debris and organize pallets/shipping tools
Organize warehouse by returning all products to proper locations after use
