Candidates must be a qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in fund finance, fund formation, and/or structured finance, possessing the ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with others, and demonstrating excellent communication, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
The Ratings Legal Attorney will review financing documents and relevant fund- and/or asset-level documents, identify the potential credit impact of transaction structures and deal documents, coordinate with rating analysts on relevant legal issues, participate in rating committees, and support the analytical team with the preparation of KBRA’s market-leading ratings and research reports.
