Requirements

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Current permit or eligible for a permit to practice in the State of Iowa
  • Prior CT experience desired but not required
  • Flexible with rotating shifts, including days/evenings/nights, every 5th weekend, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Perform all routine radiographic (x-ray) views and CT procedures for inpatients and outpatients
  • Perform mammography as designated
  • Assist radiologist during procedures
  • Maintain clean and sterile environment
  • Perform duties in accordance with established standards and policies
