Enthusiastic and hard-working team player
Ability to physically inspect terrain and equipment for hazards
Commitment to providing excellent guest experiences and customer service
Ability to engage with guests, respond to concerns/questions, and resolve complaints within scope of authority
Adherence to safety protocols, use of required PPE, and promotion of safe practices
Attendance at daily pre-shift meetings and necessary trainings
Ability to gather guest feedback and recommend improvements
Promotion of activity options and maintenance of positive working environment

Responsibilities

Maintain a visual presence at the race course
Physically inspect the course prior to opening for hazards in terrain or equipment
Set and maintain racing gates and fencing for the course
Maintain snow removal from around the starting hut and other structures inaccessible to grooming
Provide information to the public and engage with guests in the vicinity
Perform regular checks to ensure safe operating conditions
Promote and market activity options to guests
Notify supervisor of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged thefts
Contribute to a positive, harmonious, compliant, and cooperative work environment
Act as a representative of Crystal Mountain
