High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills and understanding of drawings
MS Office experience, including Excel
SAP experience preferred
Knowledge of procedures and practices of transportation and distribution methods

Responsibilities

Management of the SAP process
Collaborate with Technicians/Supervisors/Inventory teams and provide status reports to management
Place SAP purchase requisition orders for services required in the repair and maintenance of equipment from established vendors
Expedite vendor production and scheduling to achieve production goals and conformance with delivery date commitments
Resolve SAP transaction errors and structure problems
Revise and reschedule orders to meet production requirements
Supply drawings and work instructions to vendors for the repair and maintenance of equipment
