Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills and understanding of drawings
  • MS Office experience, including Excel
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Knowledge of procedures and practices of transportation and distribution methods

Responsibilities

  • Management of the SAP process
  • Collaborate with Technicians/Supervisors/Inventory teams and provide status reports to management
  • Place SAP purchase requisition orders for services required in the repair and maintenance of equipment from established vendors
  • Expedite vendor production and scheduling to achieve production goals and conformance with delivery date commitments
  • Resolve SAP transaction errors and structure problems
  • Revise and reschedule orders to meet production requirements
  • Supply drawings and work instructions to vendors for the repair and maintenance of equipment
