Work is typically completed during first shift, around 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with minor adjustments possible if necessary.
You'll work as part of the Fleet Management team within the Product Development group at the Robotics Center of Excellence, collaborating closely with multiple R&D groups on oversight, maintenance, and support for the global R&D fleet of Hugo robotic assets.
Strong candidates will have experience in software troubleshooting and deployments to robotic hardware, hardware repair including mechanical and electrical components, debugging hardware/software issues, issue triaging, and creating technical documentation.
