The role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA, with a flexible work schedule that allows occasional remote telework and/or alternative work schedule.
Candidates need a PhD (or Masters with additional experience) in Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or similar, 5 years of experience with research and computing specifically in quantum, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to learn new subjects quickly with hands-on leadership in multidisciplinary research.
