Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and have a strong working skillset in programming, preferably Python, with some exposure to C/C++ or other compiled languages. A working knowledge of statistics and linear algebra is also required.
The Quantitative Researcher will utilize machine learning techniques to analyze extensive market data and apply these insights to develop and test new trading systems in close collaboration with traders and developers. They will analyze market data and trading strategies, and develop innovative approaches to the market, leveraging Tanius's suite of research tools to scale research efforts quickly.
