Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in a quantitative role, demonstrating strong quantitative, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, as well as being a skilled programmer and intellectually curious with self-motivation. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, although experience can be substituted.
The Quantitative Client Analyst will be responsible for improving bilateral trading relationships by working with clients and the sales team to understand liquidity needs, analyzing trade performance, ensuring clients receive optimal liquidity solutions and support, managing relationships with external clients and counterparties, proactively triaging client requests and issues, and owning post-trade analysis tooling and intraday monitoring.
