They must be highly proficient in various programming languages, comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment, and experienced with version control (git). Accurate coding practices and a strong understanding of technical aspects are also required.
As a Quant Developer at d-Matrix, you will be responsible for developing software and models crucial to automated trading strategies, writing code to handle complex data and processes, asking relevant questions, analyzing projects, conducting research, backtesting solutions, and implementing them. You will also contribute to the development of HR policies to ensure compliance and deliver training, alongside advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
