Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth cleanroom processes, including coordination of monitoring (climate, particles, microbiology) and maintenance
  • Act as contact person for suppliers and external companies; independently create internal and supplier deviation reports
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams, handle quality issues, manage delivery blocks and product stops
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of existing and new processes
  • Support corrective and preventive actions as well as change management activities
  • Measure and develop quality metrics to monitor process quality and derive actions
  • Support process and equipment validations/qualifications and measurement system analyses
  • Lead internal audits and quality control circles for continuous improvement
