Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' related experience
  • Solid technical level of knowledge to develop and advise the team
  • Proactivity & ownership: self-starter who makes the role their own and challenges the status quo
  • Strong people & customer skills: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to interact with team and key customers, manage difficult conversations
  • Background in manufacturing, process, engineering, or quality (electronics a plus but not required); open to step-up opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Engineering Team: provide effective leadership to assigned Quality and/or Supplier Quality process staff, focusing on development, coaching, and succession planning
  • Drive Proactive Quality: partner with functional leads to ensure quality capability meets or exceeds manufacturing requirements and standards; proactively seek opportunities
  • Master Stakeholder Interaction: effectively communicate functional/organizational goals and quality concerns to internal teams and customers
  • Manage Performance: monitor and report quality performance; ensure applicable actions are acted upon and implemented
