Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Engineering is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing Quality environment
  • Implementation, execution, and maintenance experience with ISO 9001 standards (advantageous for those with experience in API Q1)
  • Experience in working directly with customers on investigations, resolutions and review of customer technical requirements
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools and FMEA
  • Experience with Gap Analysis
  • Experience in driving and executing improvement and accountability towards achieving key quality performance indicators goals and metrics
  • Experience in driving resolution of quality issues in collaboration with shop operations, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, commercial
  • Self-starter with an outgoing personality to engage with all levels in the organization

Responsibilities

  • Conducting qualitative risk assessments and root cause analysis and corrective actions, aligned to continuous improvement
  • Using quality tools to monitor and improve processes, supporting QMS system according to Baker Hughes standards
  • Engaging with internal auditing teams and participating in audits
  • Participating in improvement initiatives
  • Participating in tender & contract reviews and the development of quality plans to support contracts
  • Conducting business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Company Core Values
