Responsibilities

  • Gather inputs from assembly engineers regarding production issues
  • Maintain and update Power BI dashboards with accurate data, providing input for Power BI adjustments as needed
  • Analyse Power BI dashboards and categorize issues (e.g., supplier part quality, human error, process error), and define actions needed
  • Ensure part reject descriptions are correctly filled in by factory assemblers
  • Communicate trends or spikes in production issues to supervisors and group leads
  • Escalate to engineering team to address and resolve quality issues if needed
  • Act as a quality control officer for the assembly team, ensuring adherence to cleanroom standards and work instructions
  • Identify gaps in work instructions or processes and take action to improve them
  • Ensure production adheres to ISO 9001 standards and that all equipment undergoes regular maintenance
  • Monitor the behaviour of factory support teams in the cleanroom to ensure compliance with ISO 6 standards and rules
  • Oversee the regular cleaning schedule of the cleaning team to maintain cleanroom cleanliness
