As a Quality Program Manager, you will oversee the qualification of new packaging, suppliers, and equipment, ensuring compliance with Abbott Nutrition and regulatory requirements. You will conduct supplier qualification assessments, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Qualifications team. Additionally, you will support Abbott Nutrition’s innovation pipeline and maintain a compliance and food safety-focused mindset, working with Package Engineering, Procurement, and Abbott manufacturing sites to qualify, validate, and commercialize packaging.
