Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in German (C2 level)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications
  • Log, track, and re-test defects using internal tracking tools
  • Ensure proper tracking, escalation, and resolution of issues in a timely manner
  • Document test results clearly and communicate issues effectively to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and support teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide support for the resolution of customer incidents, requests, and technical issues
  • Analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content
  • Investigate, escalate, and/or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system
