Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Fully bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers to resolve issues related to product quality and delivery in order to maintain a healthy and productive relationship, anticipating potential problems
  • Ensure supplier control to ensure that all raw materials arriving at the plant meet established quality requirements
  • Ensure that products and processes meet established quality requirements to ensure reliable products
  • Monitor quality on the shop floor to ensure that all process and product controls are executed in a timely manner and that necessary corrective actions are taken
  • Validate and launch new products to ensure customers that the new processes are capable of delivering products with the required quality
  • Implement and monitor the ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14000 safety management system
  • Responsible for the technical career development of the personnel under their supervision
  • Supervise and maintain the manufacturing systems for the production processes of the CS Mexico plants
