Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Fully bilingual
+5 years of experience as a Quality Manager
Problem-solving techniques (8D, 6 Sigma)

Research, Creativity, Synthesis, Information Interpretation

Responsibilities

Assist customers to resolve issues related to product quality and delivery in order to maintain a healthy and productive relationship, anticipating potential problems
Ensure supplier control to ensure that all raw materials arriving at the plant meet established quality requirements
Ensure that products and processes meet established quality requirements to ensure reliable products
Monitor quality on the shop floor to ensure that all process and product controls are executed in a timely manner and that necessary corrective actions are taken
Validate and launch new products to ensure customers that the new processes are capable of delivering products with the required quality
Implement and monitor the ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14000 safety management system
Responsible for the technical career development of the personnel under their supervision
Supervise and maintain the manufacturing systems for the production processes of the CS Mexico plants
