Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Operations Management, and/or related field
- U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. (authorized to work for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future)
- Available for Summer 2026 (up to 40 hours per week; part-time during school year may be available)
- On-site work at manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, MO
Responsibilities
- Learn about employee engagement and volume
- Investigate improvements for material variances
- Help with improvements for the new generation of workforce
- Assist with downtime efficiency issues and goal achievement through implementation of action plans
- Recommend and implement improvements to reduce variances
- Work with the training team to recommend new ideas for training and learning for the new generation
