Responsibilities

  • Learn about employee engagement and volume
  • Investigate improvements for material variances
  • Help with improvements for the new generation of workforce
  • Assist with downtime efficiency issues and goal achievement through implementation of action plans
  • Recommend and implement improvements to reduce variances
  • Work with the training team to recommend new ideas for training and learning for the new generation
