  • Able to work on-site at the manufacturing facility in Geneva, IL

Responsibilities

  • Help the quality team identify the largest scrap contributors across the plant
  • Determine ways to reduce battery and plate scrap based on data
  • Participate in lab testing
  • Establish training processes on the shop floor
  • Analyze scrap data using the company’s databases
  • Become familiar with battery processes and identify weaknesses
  • Assist with the training plan for new hires and current team members
