Able to work on-site at the manufacturing facility in Geneva, IL

Responsibilities

Help the quality team identify the largest scrap contributors across the plant
Determine ways to reduce battery and plate scrap based on data
Participate in lab testing
Establish training processes on the shop floor
Analyze scrap data using the company’s databases
Become familiar with battery processes and identify weaknesses
Assist with the training plan for new hires and current team members
