Responsibilities

Verify that every new feature works correctly and delivers its intended outcome and value
Own the overall quality strategy and mandatory Quality Gates to ensure product goals and customer deliverables are met before shipping
Perform manual/exploratory outcome validation across all squads to confirm features meet precise scope and customer value
Design test strategies integrating automated scripts for scale/regression with targeted manual/exploratory testing for new/critical features
Analyze past defects by business impact and create automated/manual tests to prevent recurrence and operational disruptions
Ensure 99% quality mandate is met and drive Code-Induced Rework Rate to ≤1% across operational squads
Act as the final quality gatekeeper to prevent issues halting workflows or ruining customer experience
